Yes! Every event planning template in our shop is fully editable in Canva. You can change the colors, fonts, text, images, and layout to match your brand and voice. No graphic design experience needed—just drag and drop.

Nope! All templates are compatible with the free version of Canva unless otherwise noted. We always try to keep it simple and accessible, just click the link, open in Canva, and start customizing.

Yes! Many of our templates, especially the email swipe files, welcome guides, and questionnaires, can be copied and pasted directly into your CRM workflows or used alongside your CRM. You can also upload PDFs for onboarding or share links with clients.

Each product page outlines exactly what you’re getting. Most bundles include Canva files, written content, and instructional notes. If it’s an email or document template, you’ll receive a Google Doc with editable copy.

Absolutely. Many of our customers are new or transitioning from part-time to full-time planning. Our templates are designed to give you structure, confidence, and a professional edge from day one.

Once you complete your purchase, you’ll get instant access to your downloads via email and your account dashboard. Most templates include a Canva link or Google Doc with instructions on how to get started.

No. These templates are for your personal or business use only. Sharing, selling, or redistributing them without permission is not allowed. If you know someone who might benefit, feel free to send them our way!

Payments

No! Our payment processor is set up so that you don’t need a PayPal account to place an order if you don’t have one. When you are redirected to PayPal, you can choose the option at the bottom that says “Pay with debit or credit card”.

From time to time we offer coupon codes to our loyal customers. To redeem a coupon you can enter the code in your cart or before hitting the checkout button.

Downloads & Refunds

Because our products are digital downloads and delivered instantly, we don’t offer refunds. But if you have an issue or need help, just reach out, we’re happy to troubleshoot and support you.

Here are a few options to check if your download is not showing up:

  1. Check your PayPal or other payment email address. By default, our system will send your download to the email address linked to your payment method.
  2. Check your Junk mail, Promotions tab, or Social tab to ensure the email didn’t get caught by your mail filter.
  3. Have a look at the invoice you received, the downloads will be linked at the bottom of the invoice.
  4. If you’ve completed steps 1-3 and you’re still unable to locate your download, send us an email at jody@eventplanningtemplates.com.
